Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. key4ad enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products and all user interaction points. Creating an account on behalf of a minor, or knowingly allowing a minor to use your Account, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether applied through the Platform or through any other third-party responsible gaming program that covers the Platform's products.
• Employee Restriction: Employees, officers, directors, agents, and immediate family members of key4ad are not permitted to register Player Accounts or place real-money Wagers on the Platform.

key4ad reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to all Account registrations:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player may hold only one Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. All accounts beyond the first registered account will be suspended, and any balances therein may be voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and keep that information updated throughout the life of your Account. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. key4ad will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or telephone. Any unauthorized access to your Account should be reported to our support team immediately.
• KYC Verification: Full Account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, requires successful completion of the KYC verification process. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport, and proof of address. key4ad aims to complete KYC reviews within six business hours of document submission during standard operating periods.
• Account Currency: All Accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No alternative currency is available. Deposits made in other currencies will be declined.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. key4ad supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia) bank transfers; and the e-wallets OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in IDR.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via supported bank transfers and e-wallets are credited to the Player's Account instantly or within minutes under normal processing conditions. key4ad does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which key4ad bears no responsibility.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform's payment information page and are subject to change. key4ad reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion, including but not limited to limits applied as part of responsible gaming safeguards.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to BCA and Mandiri are typically processed within fifteen minutes to one hour under normal network conditions. Withdrawals to other supported banks and e-wallets are typically processed within one to three hours. Processing times may be extended during public holidays, system maintenance windows, or periods of high transaction volume. key4ad does not guarantee specific processing times.

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review. key4ad may request additional KYC documentation before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above internally defined thresholds. This is a standard fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering measure.

4.6 Same-Method Policy. Withdrawals must, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. key4ad reserves the right to enforce this policy in order to prevent money-laundering.

4.7 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve months shall be classified as inactive. key4ad reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Account balances as notified via the Platform. Any remaining balance after deductions may be reclaimed by contacting our support team and completing re-verification.

5.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by key4ad are subject to the general terms set out in this clause and to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are non-withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds before they are converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated in the specific bonus terms for each offer.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. If a Player requests a withdrawal while holding active Bonus Funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement, the Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from those Bonus Funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits held separately from Bonus Funds remain unaffected.

5.4 Abuse and Collusion. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus terms through coordinated wagering, self-excl usion arbitrage, bonus stripping, or any other form of promotional abuse will have their Account suspended, all Bonus Funds voided, and any resulting winnings confiscated. key4ad's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

5.5 Eligibility. Promotions are available to eligible Players only. key4ad reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or where the Player's account does not meet the qualification criteria stated in the promotion terms.

5.6 Seasonal and Cultural Promotions. key4ad may offer special promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Nyepi. The availability, duration, and terms of such promotions are announced via the Platform and are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any promotion-specific conditions.

6.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on the Platform are governed by the individual sport rules published in the sportsbook help section. key4ad offers betting markets on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, Piala AFF, and other major sporting events. Bandar bola (full-service football bookmaker) style markets, Asian Handicap, and mix parlay (accumulator) bets are available subject to the minimum odds and selection requirements stated at the time of bet placement.

6.2 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or withdrawal at any time without notice, particularly around key match events such as goals, red cards, or penalty decisions. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance.

6.3 Casino Games. All RNG-based casino games, including slot titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft, use certified random number generators. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are based on long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee returns on any individual session.

6.4 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on the Platform are conducted at scheduled intervals. Draw results are final and binding. key4ad does not accept responsibility for draw results sourced from third-party providers beyond what is contractually committed to key4ad by those providers.

6.5 Void Bets. key4ad reserves the right to void any Wager where there is reasonable evidence of a pricing error, data feed failure, match irregularity, or where the integrity of the event is in question. Voided bets are refunded in full to the Player's Account balance.

6.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per Player apply across all product verticals. These limits are published in the respective game or sport rules sections of the Platform. key4ad reserves the right to limit the stake or payout of any Wager at its discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place Wagers or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from key4ad.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity corruption in connection with events listed on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial transaction that is illegal under Indonesian law or international anti-money-laundering standards.
• Creating or operating multiple Accounts, whether in the same name or under different identities.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to place Wagers using your Account.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversed transactions in bad faith after funds have been used to place Wagers.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward key4ad staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

All content published on the Platform — including but not limited to the key4ad brand name, logo, visual design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and compiled databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of key4ad or its licensed content partners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in or license to any Platform content beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of key4ad. Unauthorized use of Platform intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, key4ad, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9.2 key4ad does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

9.3 In no event shall key4ad's aggregate liability to any Player for all claims arising in connection with the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

key4ad collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

key4ad implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access control, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. You retain rights of access, correction, and deletion with respect to your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.

key4ad is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools as standard features, accessible directly from within your Account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you are automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you define, reminding you of the time and amount spent during the current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude your Account from all Platform activity for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling by temporarily suspending your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

12.1 Termination by Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting key4ad customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Any active Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.

12.2 Termination by key4ad. key4ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: breach of these Terms; fraudulent or criminal activity; identity fraud; collusion; money laundering; or failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after request.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, any outstanding real-money balance (net of voided bonuses and any amounts subject to active investigation) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all applicable security and compliance checks.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which key4ad holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents key4ad from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of arbitration proceedings.

key4ad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification on the Platform no fewer than seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
